Our client is a leading organisation within the travel industry. Due to their business success they are looking to expand their successful team with the appointment of a number of Reservations Consultants with language skills in German for their offices in West London.

The German Speaking Reservations Consultant will be working within a professional customer services team. The role will involve:

-Dealing with incoming customer calls, e-mails and faxes

-Taking bookings and reservations for car hire / vehicle hire

-Entering booking and reservation information into the system

-Promoting the organisations products

The German Speaking Reservations Consultant must speak excellent English in addition to German. You must have experience within car hire - taking bookings for car hire / vehicle hire.

 You should also possess the following skills and experience

-Experience of working within the travel industry or where taking reservations and bookings has been a significant part of the role

- Experience of booking car hire, car reservations or vehicle hire

-Excellent customer and communication skills.

-Experience working with databases and good working knowledge of MS excel and word.

- Must be able to work as a team and on your own initiative.

- Interested in a career in the travel industry.
